"On the phone he told me he was familiar with the problem. In reality it appeared he did not. He took a screw from freezer door to replace one of the ones that came out if the refer with damaged threads with the promise of returning with new screws to repair it. Weeks later I called this guy and he said he was coming out Saturday. Saturday came and went and not even a call from him. When he finally did return my calls he said he was going to order screws and would be back when they came in. A few more weeks later I began trying to get ahold of him for an update. He has never returned any of my calls. As a result the same thing has happened to my freezer door that he removed the good screw from. This required me to disconnect the auto closer on it too. The receipt he gave me clearly states he was coming back for the screws within the price I paid. Another example to support my review was the light on my microwave. It was burned out. While he was here I asked him if he could fix it. He tried but was not able to find a way to get to it."
