Amazingly well - process took about a week due to blowers. Service Master was very careful in removing the walls, flooring (laminate and vinyl) ceiling and baseboards. After the blowers, dehumidifier were installed (very noisy) company checked/monitored on them every day to make sure they were operating properly and drying out the walls and floors.

Stain Away Pressure WashingThe concrete driveway and patio were very stained with black mold essentially over 90+ % of the surface and had not been cleaned in many years. I had reservations as to whether anyone could get them cleaned up; however Andy and Stain Away surpassed my expectations. He pressure washed, pressure rinsed and then applied a bleach type after treatment to impede the development of mold. The results were stunning. I am very, very pleased with the result.
