My main dislike was that wasn't the problem I was having. They fixed the wrong thing. What they repaired may have needed to have been repaired but it didn't solve the riding problem in the vehicle. It turned out that I had water in the transmission. I had to get the transmission repaired for another $3,500. I was a little disappointed that Reno Toyota didn't find the correct problem. They did fine work but it was kind of like I broke my leg and they put my arm in a cast. They did exactly what I asked them to do. We had sat down and agreed that this was the problem but it didn't fix it. It wasn't entirely their fault; it was partly mine. They did the work they were asked to do but it was the wrong work. They turned the car around in a good amount of time.

I brought my truck to them to rotate the tires but they did not rotate my tires. They are thorough and they don't try to push something extra on me. They basically go by the book. I just go there to ask for the service and they give it to me. They also recommend other things so they don't give me a hard sell.

These guys are great in every way but it will cost you... I have found that depending on the type of service, this dealer is 25% to 40% more expensive than very qualified and reputable local service folks.

This dealership has been the source of my auto service for several years and I believe them to be about the best in town. The facility is extremely clean and well organized. The people are well trained and company policies are very customer service oriented. I bought the car new at Reno Toyota and will always have the service done there

Everything A-OK now. Passed smog with no trouble. All systems checked and maintained as required.

Reno Toyota could not care less if you are there or not. Guess when you are the only Toyota dealership in town, you can screw around with your customers. Carson City Toyota will be getting my business after the and quot;freeand quot; 2year service maintenance is up.

They are highly recommended. So far, I am pleased with them. They got my car on Thursday after hours, called me first things Friday morning to let me know what all I needed to have done. They gave me a loaner car to drive while my car is being worked on.

A year, or so, after I purchased my new vehicle the rear electric window stopped working. I was told it couldn't be repaired, it had to be replaced. The cost was $500. I couldn't afford to get it fixed so I just don't roll down the window. Then, a few years later, the electric antenna stopped working. To replace it (of course it couldn't be repaired) was $500. A couple of years ago the spring in the latch handle on the rear door just collapsed when I went to open it. It couldn't be repaired - ohhhh, nooooooooo - it had to be replaced, and guess how much it cost? You got it - $500! I've NEVER gone back to these rip-off artists.

They seemed pretty reliable. I kind of think they are priced a bit high, but then again most of the places I've gone to are.

I've been using Reno Toyota for my regular service since arriving here in March with no problems whatsoever. The shuttle driver is GREAT, the waiting room spacious, well lit, with several available amenities, and service staff informative, accurate, and patient.

It is a great dealership and it is a brand new dealership. It is very functional and very efficient. You can get in and get out quickly.

Work well done, on time, truck washed and cleaned. Great service done while I waited.
