"They were on time, cost effective and finished a large Paver project in 3.5 days. The only reason why i gave 4 stars on the quality is it appears that either they had run out of the Paver blocks To build a retaining wall and used a large rock and some concrete to build the last step from our patio to our yard."

Small jobs welcome
"The owner and workers were a delight to deal with. The work was done promptly and professionally. They poured a new patio, and replaced a crumbling front step; in addition they repaired my fence and put gravel in my yard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again if needed."

"Was a little broken on English but communication seemed good. I wanted the job broke into some sections, and they were willing to do that. But still waiting on their final quote."

"The two workers did a good job, however they and their boss Julio, do not communicate well. We hired Julio for the job but he sent out his father and one other man to do the work without telling us what he was going to do. I called Julio and left a msg. for him, but I have not heard back from him."

"Gail Willey and his crew were very professional, they were not the cheapest bid but their presentation left little doubt that they were the most qualified for the job. With special thanks to Kevin and Ron for their vision. Their strongest skill was being able to listen to and interpret what we ultimately wanted out of the project and then they created it for us.
The work was top notch and we've absolutely no complaints. The workers were easy to communicate with when Gail, Kevin or Ron weren't on site. We even had a couple of sprinkler issues (not related to the project) and they fixed them for us.
While the project took longer than expected the quality that was delivered was well worth the wait. It went about three weeks longer than estimated, but like all big projects there were hidden obstacles that couldn't be foreseen. We wanted to keep one of the trees they had marked for removal and they were very accomodating and were able to adjust the plans on the fly, without blowing the budget. Whenever we had questions or concerns (rarely) they were always available for a call or quick site visit.
We would definately use them again in the future for any of our large landscape projects.

"Richard Wood came highly recommended for our landscape renovation in Juniper Trails, Caughlin Ranch. As a licensed landscape architect and architect, he brings great insight and value to landscape, hardscape and architectural details. After visiting several of Richard s projects, we knew that his sensibilities and vision aligned with ours. He is a naturalist with an eye to flow and subtle beauty. His collaborative style made this a great project."
Yes, installing a patio will usually improve home value, as outdoor entertainment areas are usually quite desirable and make your home more visually appealing. A paver patio usually comes with an impressive ROI of around 80%, while concrete patios should fall between 60% and 70%. Paver patios are considered more desirable and valuable because most home buyers prefer how they look, and they won’t raise your property taxes as a permanent concrete patio would.
Most professionals will take two to three weeks to install a patio and return your yard to its previous condition. The timeline for your patio installation will depend on several factors, though, including landscaping features your installer needs to navigate around, the type of patio you’re having installed, and how long any add-ons, like outdoor kitchens, take to complete. The size of your patio will also play a role in how long it takes, so plan to keep pets and children out of your yard for longer if you’re installing an oversized patio.
The average cost of a paver patio is around $3,800 for a standard, 280-square-foot patio, but prices commonly range from $2,400 up to $7,000, depending on the size, the type of paver you choose, and any add-ons you opt for. The design and shape of your patio can also increase labor costs if your patio installer needs to cut curves in pavers or spend time arranging them in a specific pattern. Some additional costs to consider include site preparation and excavation, as well as additional materials, like concrete, crushed gravel, and drainage equipment.
Some types of patios—usually those that require a concrete foundation—will need permits, while others—like paver patios, which aren’t considered permanent additions—generally do not. However, there are exceptions based on the size of your patio and where you live. We recommend having a professional patio installer determine whether you need permits. Your installer will also be able to pull permits for you, saving you time and energy.
