I was told the register was near a window which was the problem. Uh, no there is no air coming out Well things got interesting after they left. I found they hadn’t plugged the furnace back into the outlet which meant they didn’t let it cycle once to make sure it was good. I plugged it in. The next morning I found the furnace wouldn’t fire. I called dukes back. They arrived on time. One guy was there the day before, the other, who I’ll call slick willie immediately started doing a two step about how their maintenance isn’t guaranteed. Further he mentioned the possibility of broken components. Mind you this was before even looking at the furnace. This irritates me. Well it turns out the guys from the day before didn’t turn the gas back on. Slick willie then spent 10 minutes of my life preparing an invoice for $0. And the topper, MR Willie didn’t even offer an apology for my inconvenience."
