Kokopelli Landscaping was hired to put in a new backyard of my newly constructed home in 2008. They met with me for design planning and offered many suggestions which were very helpful. They were very interested in designing the yard I wanted and one that would be easy to maintain. The supervisor even seemed excited about the task. I had difficulty with one of the plants they planted and when I called them they were there almost immediately to replace it. Once when the backyard sprinkler malfunctioned (although it was not their responsibility) they came out and repaired it at no cost to me in order to protect the landscaping.

As planned. Workers are very professional and hardworking. No stopping for repeated breaks or chatting. Amazing that they work so efficiently in 100+ degree temperatures!

Met with the manager to go over what I wanted, which I wasn't quite sure at that time just what that was. I live in a community that has some strict regulations regarding what you must have in your back yard. Kokopelli is aware of these restrictions, submitted the plan to the HOA board for me. Because I have a wonderful view out my back patio, I was very specific on what I wanted and didn't want in front of my windows, nothing that would now or eventually impeded my view. This company listened to my needs and gave me what I wanted. Also, I appreciate that they have a nursery with an expert that could tell me what plants flower, are hard to take care of, how tall they grow, etc. that I had access to in selecting my plants. We even made some minor last minute changes with the plants and their location once they were here. All in all, it was a very good experience and I love the way it turned out.
