Michael'S Clock Repair

Great. Responsive, did not take very long.

. We live in a semi-remote area of Nevada: Mesquite.  We live 85 miles from Las Vegas and the closest large town is St George, Utah which is 40 miles away.  We used a clock repair company last year to repair this clock.  She cleaned and adjusted it, but after only a few months it stopped working; she is no longer in business. I found Michael's Clock Repair on the web; I called him on Thursday and explained the  problem, and he was there the next evening to assess the problem.  He then took the clock to his repair shop, which is in his home, that day, and less than one week later he returned the repair clock works and installed it into the cabinet for the grandfather clock.  I liked  that he fully explained what he was going to do to get the clock running properly again, and the price for his work was very reasonable.  He essentially rebuilt the works for $400. and for the two trips he charged only $50., even though each trip was 80 miles both ways. This is less than we had been charged before to have the clock just cleaned and oiled.  He is very  professional and knowledgeable and is fair in his pricing.
