It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "The car was pretty dirty to begin with, and then an entire gallon of hot apple cider spilled inside...all over the front and back seats (fabric) and floors, mats, doors...even in the folds of the stick shift cover. It was too extensive for me to clean, so I searched Angie's List for a car detailed. Meanwhile, I had six towels covering the entire inside of the car so I could drive and others could sit without sticking to the seats! Complete Mobile had good grades on Angie's List, and I liked the fact that they would come to my office, so I called them first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to adjust their schedule and come to my workplace that same day. Adam and his associate spent almost 4 hours on the car (I also had them rejuvenate the headlights) and the result was amazing! While I was working inside, they completely overhauled the inside of the car and restored the headlights so they looked brand new. (They also washed the outside of the car as a courtesy, which was greatly appreciated!) "We were extremely happy with the whole process.  Ramon came and gave us an estimate the day we called even though he was in Gallup that morning.  Chris and Sergio arrived as scheduled to start the work.  We were concerned the pillars might be load bearing, but Sergio and Chris quickly showed that was not the case and they assured us our roof would not cave in.  Ramon, Chris, and Sergio all were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Chris came back on day 2 and finished the job. Ramon told us from the beginning it would be a 2-day job. Chris was diligent about cleaning up each day. We recommend D&R Services and would definitely hire them again.
