"I was pleased with the friendly and prompt service, both over the phone and by the technician.  He inspected the furnace functions, replaced the filter, checked for carbon monoxide.  It's about 28 years old, but we previously replaced the gas valve.  I asked him to look at an area around the flue where some swamp cooler water had dripped, because it had become a little rusty.  He said it doesn't appear to be a cause for concern at present.  He installed a disposable filter in place of the permanent filter, but left the permanent filter with me.  The disposable filter seems to be working fine.

We set it up the same day a few hours later and he gave me a window of 1 hour as to when his guy could get there.  He said his technician would call prior to coming over and gave me his name. The technician called and actually showed up 15 minutes earlier than our original start window which worked out fine for me. John checked everything over and found a leak at the shut-off valve on the wall unit. It was in a difficult spot to access but he had all the right tools and equipment to fix it properly. John also checked my regulator but didn't find any issues there. He seemed knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I appreciate the quick responseiveness and professionalism displayed by everyone. I would definitely consider using this company again for this and other services they provide.

"Norman showed up 5 minutes early which was nice considering I only booked the appointment that day @ 1:30 PM. Asked what the problem was and immediately got to work. Was very patient and answered all my questions while he was working. Took him about 30 minutes to find out that the problem was the compressor was only working at 50% capacity due to its age and could no longer keep up with drawing the temperature down before a defrost cycle would start. Was very honest and did not recommend repairing the unit due to its age but recommended replacing as soon as possible as it would not last much longer."
