"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

Our job entailed going from bare sand to cement patio with decorative rocks and gravel, planting of native plants, irrigation, turf installation and a flagstone walk. The entire crew was courteous and would ask for our input if there was a question. "I recommend them! Lobo are professional and quick. They offered a no hassle quote, they came and did the work after offering a quote. They take cash or check for payment. All in, from posting on angi to completion of the project, was less than a week! They removed one tree that had died, removed everything that was there. They also trimmed up one tree and removed another bush. We were able to get prices for all three items individually if we wanted to do any one by itself, but decided to do them all together. I would hire again for any service they offer!"

It did not get the whole thing done. I was more preventative and they only did half of it. I did not know that it was going to take so long. I was only able to get half of it done, they did do what was said in the advertisement. I could not afford to have the rest of it done. It has been too difficult to deal with. I did pay for a couple of extra hours. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. The quality was good for what they were supposed to do."
