We were not sure what color we wanted and we wanted to see an installation. DVM has state-of-the-art equipment for removing the old epoxy and prepping the floor to apply the new epoxy. The workman took great pride in their work explaining to me every step of the process. "Gus Mendez, the owner, was amazing. This was a very complex project repairing cracks in our living/dining room foundation. More extensive problems were discovered as the original 35 y/o foundation was poorly done. Gus figured it all out, removed the old foundation and the 8" of wet dirt underneath and replaced with 8" gravel, then rebar grid at 12", then new concrete and tile. Gus was a highly creative technical engineer and problem solver, and with a highly artistic/esthetic sense.
