I scheduled a pumping and from the start of the service the technicians informed me of everything that was visual to maintain my system getting me on a routine answering all my questions. I was pleased,grateful and felt that my best interests was also theirs. I highly recommend their service and look forward to them servicing my system in the future.

Art came earlier than scheduled. Inspected then pumped out my tank. Noticed onr section of tank had cap missing; volunteered to find a replacement. Delivered/installed replacement cap at no charge. I called all services nearby and East Mountain Pumping was the least expensive. Senior discount offered. Very pleased with both service and price. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived early and inspected and cleaned our tank. They offered great advice and were extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional job and service- let me sing the praises of this wonderful, motivated group of young, but experienced, people with an amazing work ethic! Arrived early on the same day I called! Worked in the literal freezing cold and rain for several hours without complaint! Let us know our previous pumping (a different company) had only emptied a third of the tank and that's why it had needed pumping so often;and, as well that the drain field had failed. This young company did the WHOLE tank after taking the time to dig it up, removed roots, and essentially 20 years of slug, added a 2nd riser and lid so it could be done right next time too, and were professional, personable and competent, explaining everything they were doing. Jenni at front desk and dispatch is warm, knowledgeable and patient as well- she responds to emails literally within minutes every time! We will use them for a new drain field soon as well and can recommend them without reservation! Don't go to an Albq. company East Mountain residents- we have a group of ethical, motivated, hard working young people right here- give them your business instead!!

Mike was able to be very flexible with me regarding scheduling the work.  Once scheduled, the job was done on time and for a reasonable price.  Overall, this is a great company to work with and I won't hesitate to call them in the future.

Mike Cook is a great guy.  He's honest, punctual, and very thorough.  We have used him for septic issues throughout the years, and he's always done a great job.
