He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. "The service went very well.  I called and asked if a plumber could come and change our expansion tank off of our hot water heater and was told that the plumber would be there between 1 and 3.  About 15 minutes before 1, the plumber called and asked if he could come by. 
The service at the house went well and he used buckets and towels to make sure he didn't spill water everywhere.  The water that did drip on our garage floor was cleaned up before he left.

Should I need any further remodeling, I would not hesitate to call Mr. Stressler. In category below asking for dates of service. But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."
