Hello, my name is Boyd Fey. I am a new residential and commercial inspector for the Colorado area. I offer all types of inspections and willing to travel. ICA certified, using ASHI 2014 standard of practice and ethics. 17 years of experience as a superintendent/construction manager for several large national home builders. 5 star reviews. Boyd was extremely easy to work with on the home inspection. Boyd took on a difficult older property with ease. Very professional. The walkthrough with the potential buyers was very thorough and Boyd pointed out potential issues as well as a few options they could look into for repair. I really like Boyd's construction background and that knowledge is an asset to the inspection process.
