Our specialty is in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces for living. Clemens & Associates architects are specialists on water conservation issues and xeriscape design. We purchased a Spanish Colonial Hacienda in October 2013 that required extensive interior renovation and design along with exterior renovations and additions to complement the original Hacienda architecture of the home. Catherine and Team worked closely with the interior contractor and interior designer to assure the integrity of the design was maintained outside the home.
Catherine was not about rushing the process, she was sensitive to working closely with us to discuss vision, needs and wants while maintaining the integrity of the design and focusing on the unique qualities of the home and property. Her vision and approach was absolutely perfect. Her ability to collaborate with her clients is masterful. Her knowledge and competence provided us, the clients, with the information and assurance we needed to make key decisions.
Catherine delivered a large scope project within the budget established and far exceeded our expectations for vision, design, execution, value and creativity. As a result of our experience, we will continue to work with Clemens and Associates for any additional projects we undertake as well as retaining them to provide ongoing maintenance of our landscape.
