"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "I wish that they had told me not to do it at all. They worked really hard, but they were not able to get it done. I did not know that it would cost so much to do the whole deck. It did not get the whole thing done. I was more preventative and they only did half of it. I did not know that it was going to take so long. I was only able to get half of it done, they did do what was said in the advertisement. I could not afford to have the rest of it done. It has been too difficult to deal with. I did pay for a couple of extra hours. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. The quality was good for what they were supposed to do."
