Excellently. Daniel and Victor came to work on the problem. We were very fearful of a whole water line excavation, but they located the much simpler problem right away. They explained everything, gave a quote, discussed a replacement water softener if we were interested, but didn't push. They also fixed the broken faucet in the back of the house, which we relied on for watering our lawn and garden. Great work. Great attitude. Positive, professional, helpful.

Daniel was fantastic! He was very helpful,knowledgeable and experienced. I found him to be the best plumber I have had in years. I will only use him from now on.

It was good. It was straight-up and everything was presented first before he even did any work. I want to say the cost was about $400.

He had to install everything through a 12" x 10" access hole and managed to get everything installed without any problems. Had to order the new pop up drain plug and came back the next day to install that. Faucet was dripping slightly the second day, and he quickly replaced the valve internals to get the leak to stop with no additional charge.

Went excellent. On time, explained their work, performed it well and the cost was right for the amount of work they did.

Called the company and spoke with the receptionist. I informed the clerk that my plumbing has been backing up when doing a load of laundry. I also informed her my kitchen sink has been backing up and has a leak. I was informed they could fit me in their schedule later that same day. I received a courtesy call thirty min prior to plumber showing up. He showed up 6 hours after my initial call to the receptionist. He was able to snake the laundry room  pipe and checked to see if this will overflow again under a full load. This did not happened and was satisfied with results. Next I informed him about the sink and he was surprised to learn about this problem. He had no parts or tools to fix this problem. He stated this could be an easy fix and could be done with ease. I went to home depot the next day and got the supplies I needed to fix prob. I replaced pipes and rechecked for leaks again. The leaks continued and found another hole in pipe further back. I went back to home depot and bought a pipe wrench. The pipe was badly rusted and I could not loosen this pipe. I called the plumbing company back and was informed I need to pay another $100 as a service call to come back out to my house. I informed the clerk that this was NOT my mistake but she did not want to hear it. I basically paid $145 for 15-20 min of work. The plumber did not want to take the time to see if everything was ok. I would not refer anyone to this company due to incomplete job. Receptionist was not understanding and did not want to take blame. Giving this company a "C" grade is extremely generous. I will pay particular attention to grade given to companies on Angie's list in the future. If I would have done this, I would not have given this company a second look. Very disappointed customer.

We called for the test, they came out in a timely manner. They were there when they said they would be. Very friendly and professional. It did not take them long to preform the test, and they were on their way. And later in the week when we had an issue with the gas company, they answered all our questions and gave us good, sound, advise on what to do.

Very nice but unprofessional.

They were very professional.  They pointed out issues that we had with other things and corrected the problem for us.  We wouldn't have passed inspection without their assistance.
