Starting with the easy on line apt request to Tom following up with call was very smooth. They actually had a cancellation and moved me a day earlier. Frank arrived first to clean duct work and was delightful! Next Nathan arrived and cleaned all tiled floors, bathrooms and showers and did an amazing job. The technicians were very professional and efficient at their jobs and were glad to let us know what they were doing and why. When asked what they really wanted to do for a living one said that he wanted to do just the job he is doing and that he had been doing cleaning for 15 years. The house felt much cleaner when they finished.

Justus & his helper weren?t able to properly access the return vent in my house, & it wasn?t properly cleaned out. He also claimed that he cleaned out my dryer vent, but it wasn?t touched. He also didn?t properly caulk around the return vent that he originally cut free with a razor knife- he didn?t have a proper ladder or scaffold to access the vent. I was still fully charged for incomplete/ shoddy work.

I have saltillo tile that wasn't kept up in this old house I recently purchased. It had layers of sealers and wax build up. The grout looked black. I tried to clean it and could not. Manual worked so hard even on hands and knees to get the job done right. The tile looks new!

The suction device was not as powerful as I had hoped.

"Hi David, we apologize that the service didn't turn out as you had expected. Our negative air machines are the most powerful electric-powered equipment that the industry offers manufactured by Hypervac out of Canada. Additionally, we do use gas-powered positive air which maintains 175 psi. The only way to get more powerful suction would be with gas-powered negative air equipment but since this equipment cannot be brought into the house, there is still a loss of suction due to a wide and longer hose run.
