"What a polite and efficient business! Not only did I receive courtesy text of being on the way, but also so respectful in person and responding text. As for the work, WOW! Such a great job done in about an hour. Trying to attempt what they did in an hour would have taken me a day or two. There were very stubborn large weeds which were taken care of as shown in the the last photo. So polite in person as well! What a blessing and great job done!!!"

Lawns questions, answered by experts

Experts remove leaves methodically, preventing mold and allowing sunlight to strengthen grass, promoting robust growth.

Depending on the method you choose to remove grass, it may or may not matter whether the grass is wet or dry when you perform the task. A dryer lawn will be easier to negotiate with a sod cutter, especially if you're not planning to reuse the turf. However, using a shovel by hand might be a little easier if the ground is slightly damp but not so much that it sticks to the tool.

No, you shouldn’t vacuum artificial grass, particularly if you lay your synthetic grass with infill. Vacuuming could suction it up and loosen the connection between the grass and the ground.

No, cleaning dog poop off artificial grass is straightforward. First, you’ll remove all the solid poop and place it in a bag. Then, you’ll use a homemade liquid dish soap and water solution to help wash and sanitize the area. Finally, you’ll hose the area with water to remove the soapy solution and odor.

Most housekeepers won’t handle tasks that require specialized equipment or training, like carpet shampooing, window washing at high levels, or outdoor cleaning. Housekeepers typically dust, vacuum, mop, wash dishes, clean surfaces, and launder linens. It’s best to clarify what services are included before hiring to make sure you’re on the same page.
