"We recently completed a bathroom remodel, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, and attentive to every detail. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The crew arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and treated our home with respect throughout the project. They helped us figure out design choices, offered helpful recommendations, and ensured every aspect of the remodel was completed to a high standard. Our new bathroom is beautiful, and exactly what we envisioned. The attention to detail in the tile work, fixtures, and finishing touches truly sets this company apart. The project was completed on schedule, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a bathroom remodel."

"Omiga Construction was a great choice for my project! They replaced wood siding with synthetic stucco, painted trim and soffits, and replaced light fixtures for me. Communication with me was great through each phase of the process, from lath, t brown coat, color coat, painting and cleaning. The owner Maria, the Project Manager Misael, and the crew teams did excellent work, especially Junior and Elijah. Misael and Junior kept me posted on the project and Misael followed up with me through each decision point. By the end of the project, they felt like family. I recommend this company highly"

"Daniel and his crew did a good job planning and completing the project of adding 500 sq ft to the back of my house. That included demolition of back porch and fireplace, expanding the living room, primary bedroom, primary bathroom and large walk-in closet. We worked well together in the design and execution of my dream home. The best way to communicate with Daniel is by text."

Remodel Design questions, answered by experts

The process typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and level of customization.

Hiring a contractor with knowledge about historic renovations and reviewing their previous work is important. You can find a historic home renovation contractor by calling your local historic preservation office, historical society, or any local historic museums nearby. The staff may have suggestions for specialized contractors who have worked for them. You can also ask them about historic home restorations that you have seen and liked in your area to get recommendations for pros.

Pros provide detailed quotes and efficient management, reducing overspending risks on materials and labor.

Make sure you’re getting the right size to meet your space needs, including enough space both side to side and vertically to accommodate your RV’s features and allow you to safely move it in and out of the garage.

If you’re building an attached and enclosed garage for your RV, you’ll also want to give some thought to whether you’d like to add workspace, water or electricity, or additional storage. If so, you’ll need a garage with larger dimensions.

Costs depend on project complexity, materials, labor, permits, and required revisions.
