We found Young through the recommendation of family, and I’m so glad we did! He was professional, easy to work with and his team was very efficient. Upon our first meeting, we discussed everything we would like to do by showing him my inspiration photos and Young not only listened, he made a lot of really great suggestions. We are super happy with the end result and I highly recommend you to consider Young if you want to remodel your house.

Young and his team were great! I received the recommendation from two longtime friends of mine, after I mentioned I wanted to partially remodel my two bathrooms (guest and master). Even though it was a smaller job, the team still worked hard - they alerted me to various things throughout the day, were prompt, and flexible with my needs and my schedule. Young was very communicative as he told me where to go to buy what I needed. He also was fair with pricing and estimates. I have two very loud and territorial dogs in my house that needed to be barricaded each day, and they barked so loudly and so incessantly but the team was patient and worked through all the noise and chaos. At the very end of the job, Young came to finish installing plumbing fixtures for the master bath. Due to various imperfections, he ended up driving to Home Depot multiple times to rectify the situation and did not charge me extra! I am happy with New Life - i would def keep them in mind for future. TYSM!

Young and his team are amazing! They helped us update our kitchen, floors, and bathrooms at a very reasonable price (we compared quotes with other contractors). Not only did they do a pristine job with all the renovations but Young was always great with communication and giving us input on what would look best for our home. We've had bathroom and kitchen remodeling done in the past and our experience with Young Lee was, by far, the best. The estimate he submitted for the bathroom redo was very detailed and included six computerized drawings of the project. Young suggested several options that we incorporated in the remodel. These were options that never crossed my mind, even though I'd been researching and planning for this redo for over a year. To prevent dust from spreading throughout the house, the hallway leading to the bathroom had a plastic/zippered opening. The floors and wall hanging were also covered. The area was cleaned/swept at the end of each work day. When not at our house, Young was always available by phone to answer any questions. He was very professional, easy to work with and open to any changes I wanted to make. The project was completed in 2 1/2 weeks and included a new tub, sink, cabinet, wall/floor tile, repositioning the door opening and opening up a wall for a linen closet. The bathroom is beautiful and is exactly as I had planned. We will definitely call Young Lee for our next project and you should do the same.

After an extended time out of state, we came home to a busted pipe in our kitchen, with standing water destroying a number of our cabinets and wood floors. After dealing with some initial insurance headaches and repairs, we figured we might as well do some additional, much needed updates in our home while we were already inconvenienced by the construction zone that had taken over our kitchen. We searched diligently for a good contractor we could trust. Out of the five repair and remodel estimates we received, Young from New Life Construction provided the most thorough, cost effective, and holistic plan of action. Young was also the only contractor we met with who listened to what we wanted without pressuring us into materials and timelines we werenâ t comfortable with. Young had two primary crew members who worked with us, Alex and Rudy. We were truly amazed by their skill and professionalism, their attention to detail, and their overall demeanor and helpfulness. Young kept us informed of the schedule and worked proactively to mitigate unexpected delays. He was well experienced in the wide range of work we required, which included electrical work, flooring, painting, wall patching, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and lighting. Young also worked with us on the budget to make sure we were able to work in everything we wanted. I highly recommend New Life Construction and would hire them again. I contracted New Life Construction Renovation for the remodeling of two bathrooms. Young Lee, the owner, made it one of the best experiences I've ever had. In the past, before I met Young, I had bad experiences with contractors and remodeling. Young was very respectful, pleasant, and had good communication skills, and the working crew was polite and worked diligently. During the remodeling, there were issues and changes, but they were my fault, and Young was patient and understanding of my mistakes. They were quickly resolved. Young's working team were professional and quickly corrected any mistakes they made, which rarely happened. They used quality materials at very reasonable cost and made sure I was satisfied and I had no complaints at the end. Young from New Life Construction had a great vision for our outdated 1970 s bathrooms. His bid was very competitive and detailed the work to be performed. The crew was very attentive and did an excellent job paying attention to detail. Everyday the crew cleaned up any mess made, and the renovation was isolated with plastic film and zippers to limit any dust or debris bound to encountered during a remodel. The projects (two bathroom remodels) were on budget and Young was always in communication with me regarding the project with options, and suggestions. If your wondering which contractor to select, without hesitation hire New Life construction! I ve shopped around and been through a few with disappointing up charges, deficient work, and shady practices enough to know a genuinely solid company that stands behind their work.

We recently had our 1970â s kitchen remodeled by New Life Construction and I couldnâ t be any more happy with the outcome. Young Lee and his team did an outstanding job taking what my husband and I envisioned and making it a dream come true. And the best part, they did it all in 15 days!!!!! From the very beginning, Mr. Lee listened to what my husband and I wanted and he made great suggestions based on the layout of our kitchen and what we could do to maximize our space. He made detailed drawings so that we could envision how things would look. From the beginning, I could tell that he was excited to transform an old, green and dark kitchen, to a beautiful, well-lit, white kitchen. From day 1, New Life Construction demonstrated that they were here to work hard and get the job done. Every day they showed up early and left late. Never once did I doubt if they were coming. Throughout the process, New Life always had our best interest in mind. Everything was done in great detail. If I had any requests or questions, they were quick to listen and make the adjustments. They were professional, respectful, courteous, neat, hard- working and on time. The guys also tried to keep the rest of our house dust free by putting up plastic covers in doorways and entryways and I really appreciated that. Like all home projects, we ran in to some minor hiccups but Mr. Lee was always quick resolve them. New Lifeâ s honesty, integrity and commitment to working hard are just a few reasons why I highly recommended them to my friends who are also looking for a contractor. I will definitely use them again for my next home project.

New Life met with us promptly after the initial phone contact, and worked on a rough draft of plans for a front yard patio and staired walkway with retaining wall and lighted pedestals. We got an estimate immediately, and within a few days they had confirmed local ordinances and a final plan was done and submitted to our homeowners association. The project was started right away. Despite some rainy weather, the patio was completed on time, and looks fantastic! We now have the best front patio on the street. Very happy with their work!

They did a great job...even worked on Saturdays to complete the job. We were very impressed that Mr.Lee went way beyond to cover the rest of the house in plastic to prevent construction dust from getting on our furniture and kept out of other rooms.After completion, the cleanup was perfect.The master bath looks beautiful....top quality workmanship. The full remodel included lots of plumbing work as well as the tiling. There is a strong work ethic at this company....very professional. We would have full confidence in recommending Newlife.

Could not be happier with the job we had done. From start to finish working with Young was a pleasure and his crew is very good at what they do. They went out of their way to minimize the amount of dust in the house and did the job quickly, while not rushing the work or the quality, Everyone was professional, friendly, honest, and a hard worker. Newlife Construction and Renovation has exceeded my expectations. The General Contractor - Mr. Young Lee was professional and kind. My project started with rerouting / re piping the main water service, and cold/hot water lines. Our home was kept neat and clean throughout the process. The project schedule was very efficient. The communication with Young was amazing. I never had to chase him down for updates. We added recessed LED lighting, laminate flooring, and new appliance installation.
