Happy Homes Lath and Plaster and Roofing L.L.P.

I needed 3 Spanish roof tiles replaced, roof penetrations sealed, and some stucco repair. Their price was competitive with 4 other bids. Selected them because they could do roof tiles and stucco, and said they would leave behind spare tiles and color coat. They did the job in under two days. Stucco matching was very good. Online payment was very convenient. They were friendly and easy to work with.

They had great customer service. They worked with your schedule with no issues. The roofers were friendly and professional. Was very please with my overall experience with the company. Would definitely use them again for other jobs around the house.

Saul was very courteous and professional. Steve was friendly and explained what he was doing as he was working. Both men answered all my questions. What I can see on the flat part of my roof, they did a great job. On the pitch part of my roof they were to sealed all the penatrations. I cannot get up there to see but I am confident they did what they were hired to do. I will hire them again for other jobs.

Saul has excellent Cust Serv skills. He was not pushy, he let us decide and choose every step of the way. He delivered as he promised. He kept us informed every step of the project. Saul Nevarez and crew did an outstanding job of prepping and fixing water damaged stucco and blemishes on the exterior of our home. They aligned Southwest Seamless Gutter to put new gutters on our home on eaves that did not have them. The lack of gutters caused the stucco damage. Happy Homes power washed the exterior, caulked seams and hairline cracks, then applied a new coat of elastomeric paint. They painted all roof vents to match the new home color. They also power washed my stand alone shop and applied a new coat of house color matching paint. They were exceptional in covering and protecting windows, brick facade and sidewalks/gravel landscape. Then they power washed all horizontal surfaces to wrap up the job. The team was very pleasant and was easy to work with. I will be using them for future home improvement projects. Thanks Guys!!

Overall great experience with the team. They stuccoed around a new garage door we added to a home. They were able to match the texture of the existing stucco and the color and we are very happy with the results. My only issue was with some minor communication issues but overall a good experience.

Let Happy Homes Lath & Plaster and Roofing. L.L.P. take the stress out of any remodeling project you may have. They did the following projects for my husband & I: Installed a new front & back door. Completely did the stucco work on my home & work shop. Painted our storage building & a new fence that was constructed on back yard this past spring. The crew truly worked many long hours in the hot sun getting the jobs done. Lastly, for twenty years I have been looking at sheet rock in our garage that my husband was going to get to. I now have a finished garage that I can actually use this winter to park my car in. They are able to finish a wide range of projects and they were reasonably priced to fit our budget.

I wished they come back and touched up areas that needed after first coat.
