"A bit of confusion about scheduling. Text did not go through so our house was not put on schedule. Took off work at noon, but they did fit us in at 3:30. It was stated the tile did not need to be cleaned prior to sealing. In master bath right in the middle of the floor, there is drywall material that got sealed over. So an area of the grout is white, grout color is brown. Owner came out and took care of sealing. Very nice and cleaned up after. I was pleased with job until I saw master bath. Would of been an excellent rating if he would of take the time to clean the grout before he sealed it."
