Duct Worx

Well, this is embarrassing. I looked up cleaning my dryer vent so I could do it myself. The more I read, the more I thought "I'm not doing this!". I thought I'd have to go up on my roof. I made an appointment with Duct Worx. They showed up early (they called first). As soon as they pulled out the dryer, they called me in to see it. They told me they could still do it if I wanted, but the vent goes right out the side of my wall! They lowered the price, so I asked them to go ahead since they already had the dryer pulled out. Good thing I did. When he went to put the METAL plate back on the outlet, it sparked. He informed me there shouldn't have been a metal plate there, so he threw it out for me. They also told me where the dryer should be positioned in order to avoid hitting the gas outlet. They were honest, friendly, professional, and I don't have a single complaint. I will, of course, do it myself from now on, but I will call them to check out my a/c ductwork in the future.

The procedure was done in two stages. Everything was explained to me and the team that did the work were professional and efficient. I could see on their video screen the before and after improvement in the condition of the air ducts. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We feel like Duct Worx rescued us from a very bad situation with our in-floor ductwork. Craig fed a camera down all of our ducts and found that sonotube was obstructing the ducts in several areas. He recommended Day & Night Plumbing Heating Cooling (also excellent) to clear the ducts which they did at a very reasonable price. After the ducts were reconstructed in some areas and thoroughly cleaned, Duc Worx applied several coats of Green Focus Low VOC to seal them from further deterioration. We now have clean, unobstructed air flow in every room of our house, no more breathing dirty dust-filled air. He and his crew arrived promptly every day right on schedule. Craig is honest and insists on thorough and excellent work and at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him and his company, and are very pleased that he was able to solve our problem without us having to install exterior ductwork on our flat roof where maintenance/roofing would be an ongoing issue. All we need to do now is have an occasional duct inspection and cleaning, we are so pleased! Duct Worx made it so worth it!

I wish I had a before and after picture to show of the ducts! The coating is solid, pristine and thorough. Craig and his team came exactly when they said they would and everything was completed exactly when he said it would be. I am SO relieved to know that I can run my cooler and furnace and not tox out my family with clouds of dust and particulate. Another benney, they also perform dryer vent cleaning and I was additionally relieved to get this done in my new home and to know that the dryer vent (which can be a fire hazard if not cleaned!) is starting from a clean baseline. In my life and business, I am very careful about who I recommend for services to my family, friends and clients, but I have no doubt about recommending Duct Worx. If I ever needed a duct inspection or remediation, I would 100% call them again.

Awesome! My ducts are performing better than ever. I've noticed my allergies are better as well, it seems like there's less dust in the air.

It went super well. They came out right on the time schedule. Already I'm noticing my allergies are much better so its working. They where super easy to work with. They got everything coated in one go.
