"Hoover’s was the ONLY one to get back to me and rather quickly. I decided to go ahead and use them. Aaron and Marcos were very professional and polite. Cleaned my HVAC ducts, exhaust vents, and my dryer vent (which was really dirty btw) in a timely manner and put everything back on when they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and even covered my stuff with plastic as they went. They took off their shoes as they came in and put down towels on the corners of furniture and the walls to avoid damaging them. Not sure if they were the cheapest option but they were the best option in my opinion. I’d definitely use them again. "I have a mini split hvac system that suddenly stopped cooling my air. TLC came out, put a fluorescent material in the system to detect any leak in my stem. When the tech returned to see results, he looked in 2 of the 4 cassettes, advised me both were leaking, and any replacement was not compatible the existing condenser unit outside. This procedure costs me just short of $1000. The cost to replace the entire system would be about $22,000. I called another hvac company that replaced the 2 cassettes that TLC said were leaking (no compatible issues) and the system worked fine until again no cool air! The 2nd company returned and tested (previously untested units) the final 2 units and discovered a leak in one. At my request, they replaced the last 2units. My final cost was about $14,000. TLC should have reimbursed the cost of their misdiagnosis $1000. They not only misdiagnosed the issue, but lied about the compatibility of the new cassettes"
