"Professional and efficient and great follow up with any problems taken care of immediately. Very thorough in the install and explaining the system afterwards. Job was done in 1 day and system is working great. They also corrected a problem with the ductwork and air return in master bedroom which has caused that room to always be hot in the summer. "He performed the most thorough furnace service I've had during 16 years in this house. In addition to the normal steps he used a miniature extendable camera to check inside the burner tubes and drilled a little hole in the duct work above the furnace to insert a carbon monoxide sensor. He also advised that the electrostatic filter I've been using for years to help with my wife's allergies was too thick to allow good air circulation, so I let him order a new electrostatic filter (for $119)."

"Rick and Dave are great! We have used their services since 2003 and have been happy with all of their work.
In 2003, we lived in a single level, flat-roofed home that had in-floor ductwork. The ducting system collapsed. After obtaining many estimates, we decided to go with Custom Air to create a new duct system on our roof with a combo heat/cool unit. We were extremely pleased with their work, pricing and warranty. We have recommended them to several people in the last 12 years, and no one has been disappointed!
The latest work was a furnace replacement in our current home. Once again, we were extremely pleased with their work, pricing and warranty.
