The flooring project was not attacked with great expertise by the owner causing the workers to come back to correct it. The company's lack of communication hindered my expectations of their final work. With that being said Home Experts also took on the job of performing interior painting of two bedrooms. The quote was for an additional living space and stairway hall area which was never consulted back with me thereafter. The owner charged me half of the quoted price which I believe was VERY STEEP for just two bedrooms with paint flaws here and there so that work I would say was just mediocre. Upon speaking with a representative at Angi list I was informed that they" interview" contracting companies based on license and bonded/insured but not so much on customer service. Just as my time and effort to hire contractors is important to me, I suggest that this should be part of Angi's criteria."

"Greg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him for many more projects now and in the future."

"Even in these crazy times, Ryan Cross was as punctual as can be and got the work done with as little disruption as possible to our tenants. Although we chose a couple of tile options for Ryan to pick up from the big box store, he had to make a change from our tile choices due to supply constraints, but the tiles compliment the bathroom's floor tiles wonderfully. Also, he had an issue with a faulty new shower faucet that leaked but he kept me and my tenants posted on when the manufacturer was going to be sending the replacement parts (two times) and the leak is finally resolved. Quite professional in my opinion. Thanks Ryan and crew!"
