One of the worst most humiliating experiences I have ever had. Several people were taking the owner to court. I was told that he filed for bankruptcy. Almost every roofer in the area had horror stories to share. I was treated with disrespect, anger, threats and overall immaturity.

Took them 5 months to start after i had payed 3000.00 cash then they use Wrong screws raw edges they came two colors brown the charged me to put new wood were it was rotten but didnt replace it. They didnt put stuff in seams they put silicon on edges looked like a 2yr old did it after i had a million call emails so they found metal to put over silicon corner. Looks better it was just stressful then they want the rest of there money the next day. Wow!

Went well. Only complaint was.. I asked them to call the day before they were coming,they did not. They called minutes before arrival, lucky I was home. If they would have done the job without me being there I would have been very upset.

Great told me crew would be there at this date n crew showed up on time they tore off old roof down to deck n replaced 6 plywoods dryed roof in n cleaned up all nails n debris next day the put new roof on n were finish in less then 3 days

Received estimate of less then $6,000 for new roof which was to include ALL replacement boards, etc. In the middle of having roof installed, Stewart Bass came in and "Demanded an additional $1,200 for new boards or he would contact the Codes Department." Complete intimidation. Worker fell through Den Ceiling, first rain brought leaks and ceiling falling in. Made promises he did not keep and does not properly back their warranties. NEVER use this roofing company.

"Customer was to get water damaged decking replaced up to 5 sheets on tar and gravel roof. Home is in Alamogordo and all the decking was paper thin 3/8 inch decking that had roof hot moped to decking. Decking could not be used and the roof project came to a complete stop. Customer agreed to pay for decking and we did not charge for labor as she is very old and on limited income. Roof did leak around one scupper and was fixed and yes a roofers foot came through the ceiling during roof removal due to sub standard decking. We fixed the interior damage at no charge and completed the roof per manufacture specifications. Our roof warranty still exists and if she calls we will be out ASAP as we do on all customers. Sorry but cant seem to please this lady no matter what we have done or said."
