The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

"I called several plumbers. Most wanted $80 just to give an estemate. Glenns Plumbing LLC and 1 other company gave me a free estemate. Glenns was almost half the price and after much conversation it was more than apparent that he knew what he was talking about and was a professional plan. In the end he installed the water softening unit and replaced a good portion of the hot water heater piping..., he did an exceptional job. I am extremely happy with his service and craftsmanship."

"Mr. Stressler was very easy to work with, and he did everything asked of him. His work met all of my expectations and specifications. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
