Mark Martinez is the representative for this project. He was patient with us and a lot of our questions. He was diligent, professional and provided prompt answers and monitored the whole process to make sure it was done right. The crew which did the work was very good and thorough. They were neat, tidy and very professional. Based on this experience we are investigating having the company do an interior remodel. I highly recommend Mark and Home Innovation Remodeling.

I feel very unsatisfied with the job that was done.

I hate to say anything bad as the service was well priced and only had minor issues after all was done. My issue with them is the extra flooring they purchased was never picked up and returned for a refund... which equates to hundreds of dollars of extra material sitting in my garage. Along with this, Gabriel never returned any phone calls or texts. I have requested multiple times for a receipt for tax purposes and have not been contacted since the completion of the job. Very disappointing considering he was easy to talk to during the project. I hope he reaches out but at this point months after the project...buyer beware.

Would NOT recommend. They did not finish job and would not respond to text messages or emails. Primary floor installation was very good, but job was left unfinished.

Gabriel and his crew were lifesavers when another company failed to complete the job and kept asking for more money. Gabriel and his team saved us money and got the job complete very fast and we’re nice and professional. I can never thank them enough for the stellar service.

Home Innovation Remodeling completed the job as committed in the time frame I requested. They are very customer focused and assisted with solution recommendations to some of the issues remodeling existing structure presents. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the laminate, baseboard and door frame cuts. I have worked in the Contract Administration /construction field for a global company 40 years, so I've worked with endless crews. Gabriel's crews are skilled, friendly, and willing to assist with anything. They are an excellent New Mexico family owned business to work with and support. As important as all above, they are a extremely nice, caring , trustworthy family. I will be contacting them for future projects.

Loved how the floor to our new home turned out. Everything fit well and was done well, we also got recommendations on which foor would last the longest and wouldnt damage quickly. Overall a very great experience!

Home Innovation Remodeling installed vinyl plank flooring and painted throughout my whole house. They did a very good job. Place looks great. Good value, good quality work, and the owner is an honest guy. Highly recommend.

Gabriel and his team did an amazing job! We hired them to install vinyl flooring and the end results were very impressive.The pricing was so reasonable. Definitely will be hiring them for future renovations. So worth it!

I hired them because of their reasonable pricing. I was very impressed and pleased with the team and their impressive work ethic! They were very friendly and gave great customer service. The owner made several suggestions that saved me several hundred dollars. His suggestions made the flooring look better. Great quality for a reasonable price. I am sure I will hire them again when I plan another home improvement project!!

Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job installing vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs of my house. Gabriel advised me on the type of planks to use and on the placement of them in my house, which I appreciated so much! It is much better than it would have been with my original flooring choice and orientation. The team picked up the materials for me at the store and worked long hours to transform the rooms. The skill and workmanship are exceptional! I could not be more pleased, and I have hired them to come back to do two more bathrooms upstairs. I highly recommend them!

The team at Home Innovation was absolutely amazing! They were professional, well prepared and understood the scope of work exact! These guys went above and beyond to ensure everything was PERFECT! From the initial review of the project to the completion I felt I was in great hands! I have some additional projects to be done soon and will call the team at Home Innovation Remodeling to do that work! Their price is very fair and their work is above my expectations. Don’t hesitate and give this team a call or at least let allow them to bid your work! I look forward to having them come do more work!

Gabriel was very responsive over both phone and email. He was very upfront and honest with the cost of labor and the cost of material. He was very helpful in answering the questions I had about flooring and explaining to me the different options I had (such as flooring removal and installation vs. installing new flooring over existing flooring). As with most renovations, problems are uncovered as the project progresses, I thought Gabriel did a good job of offering up possible solutions as different problems came up during the project. For example, because the house was old and not all the walls were perfectly plumb, when the baseboards were installed they weren't completely flush with the wall. To solve this, Gabriel applied caulking around the areas where the baseboard met the wall to improve the overall look and durability of the baseboard installation. Different sections of the house had different flooring material so transitions were needed. Gabriel reused old transitions where possible (to save me money) and helped me order new transitions where needed. If I had only one small complaint it would be that he could have done a better job of clean up after the project was completed. But overall I am happy with the quality of his work and I would hire him again in the future.

They did an amazing job on our floor. The price I paid for the work done was very reasonable. They showed up on time and communicated well. The only thing I have to complain about is they wanted to charge extra to install our base boards. We paid them for our closet which they did not end up doing because we decided last minute to not have it done So they got paid the full amount and still wanted extra. I would not recommend them as they still have unfinished work, they also didnâ t throw the trash from the job done.

Both of the workers were very professional, polite, they showed up on time, and finished the job on timely manner.
