When Joe got there he saw that they hadn’t left the right mounting brackets so he advised on the type I should buy & when I had those to call him back and he’d install. He was really cool about it; I had no idea what was needed or not and many other people probably would have been annoyed at a wasted trip. I made sure to call him back as soon as it came in & he got it done quick. I appreciate Joe’s patience and integrity."

"Tim Marshall is a true professional- I had a leak in the front of my dishwasher so I gave Tim a call he responded quickly and gave me a recommendation on what could have caused the supposed leak. It was due to us improperly loading the dishwasher. He could have very well not told us this and just came to our home and charged us a surcharge and told us the something. Not many people are ethical in their business practices but I believe Marshall Appliance is very ethical. I will call him for all my appliance repair needs from now on.
