"Joe was great. Arrived on time & got the job done quickly. I needed a dishwasher installed that had been put in place for the sale of the home but not mounted. When Joe got there he saw that they hadn’t left the right mounting brackets so he advised on the type I should buy & when I had those to call him back and he’d install. He was really cool about it; I had no idea what was needed or not and many other people probably would have been annoyed at a wasted trip. I made sure to call him back as soon as it came in & he got it done quick. I appreciate Joe’s patience and integrity."

"Great experience and super service! The oven control panel had to be replaced; Tim checked to be sure it was getting power, then replaced the control panel and it works perfectly now! Also, I thought I needed a new icemaker in a 3-year old LG fridge, but Tim looked at it and realized that one of the arms that pushes out the ice cubes was bent over another arm. He straightened it out and that enabled it to recycle and start working again! So he saved me from replacing an expensive part.
