"The service went very well. They worked me into their schedule and were at my home within 45 minutes of calling. Very professional and personable service. I'm not a plumbing expert (I can do the small stuff) but what I see looks very well done. They had to go get some parts as my new heater was taller than the old one, but even that was a short delay. "We had Country Decks do a few different projects and everything went great.  He did the smaller stuff first, remove a ceiling fan and install a light, replaced 2 doors, move electrical outlets, patch and paint the walls, install shelves.  We had no issues, he gave us great ideas, and was very flexible.  The jobs were done as quoted and on time. 
We then had him remove 2 adobe patio coverings and install a pergola at the front door and install a deck in the back yard.  He again gave us great ideas and designed 2 great additions to our home.  He kept us appraised throughout the process and gave us accurate information regarding cost and timelines.  All of the work was completed as quoted and on schedule.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"He found the problem right away but didn't have the parts and would have had to order them but suggested we call San Juan Mobile Home Supply. They had the parts in stock, so I ran and got the parts. He waited for me then installed the parts. It was a good thing because that weekend was very cold."

"I wish that they had told me not to do it at all. They worked really hard, but they were not able to get it done. I did not know that it would cost so much to do the whole deck. It did not get the whole thing done. I was more preventative and they only did half of it. I did not know that it was going to take so long. I was only able to get half of it done, they did do what was said in the advertisement. I could not afford to have the rest of it done. It has been too difficult to deal with. I did pay for a couple of extra hours. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. The quality was good for what they were supposed to do."
