"Reule Sun was excellent throughout the entire process. Steve Savage provided the cost estimate and was very professional in explaining what was needed and presenting options for the work. Bob Reule was flexible with the schedule when we needed to move the job from late 2015 to early 2016. All the installers did an excellent job, which included significant prep work prior to the finish. Miguel and his finishing crew were especially good. They spent almost 5 days completing their work, and the final result was terrific. Jay worked with us to ensure we were happy with the color and the overall effort. Our house looks great. "Pluma was an excellent company to work with. Work was completed within 1 week of estimated time and included new windows and french door installation, replacement of 3 windows, retexture and paint ceilings, new flooring, new cabinets, new baseboards and painting throughout. Work was excellent and Julio was an amazing worker! He never did things that were less then satisfactory and often went the extra mile! My new kitchen, living area and laundry look incredible!! "It took about two weeks to get a design plan from her, but when I got it, it was pretty good.  She recommended quality products from a variety of vendors.  Her ideas were solid, but as I reviewed her suggestions more and more, it created a new plan in my head.  At that point, she pretty much dropped me and I was on my own.  I did get a good discount on the furniture I ordered through Ballard (better than ordering directly from the catalog).  So I was pleased with my primary purchase.  The rest of the furnishings from lighting to a chaise lounge I ended up doing on my own.  My biggest complaint with this service is the responsiveness.  We communicated via email but it often took days to hear a response.  If I wanted to talk on the phone, I had to make an appointment with her.  Overall the experience was just too much work for the customer.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"The contractor put together a ceiling fan and installed it.  He was unable to complete the other jobs, which I did myself.  I had to take the initiative to get ahold of him, and he also got lost coming to my place, so it was late by the time he got here.  The first time, I was missing a part.  So, I went to the store and got the part.  The next day, the contractor didn't show up, so i contacted him again, and he came and installed the fan.
Honestly, the store where I bought the fan would have installed it for less money than I paid this contractor.  I thought that he would be able to do more than that, but it didn't work out.  That's why I say it was not a good price for me.
He is a nice, friendly and trustworthy person and he did a good job on the installation.  The sink handle he was not able to fix, but he told me what to do, and I did it myself.  The other job is still not done, as I'm waiting for the right part.
