He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. They had to dig down through ENORMOUS tree roots to get to the line and replace the pipes, all the while avoiding upper tree branches and other obstacles. They had gone down with a camera in the previous week, so they knew exactly what materials, equipment and permits were needed and executed the job brilliantly.
