"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. "These guys were amazing and so professional every step of the way. They had to dig down through ENORMOUS tree roots to get to the line and replace the pipes, all the while avoiding upper tree branches and other obstacles. They had gone down with a camera in the previous week, so they knew exactly what materials, equipment and permits were needed and executed the job brilliantly.
