"The kitchen and bath were simple for the repairman. Both now drain extremely fast. The washer drain was a different story. The rubber hose holder that sits atop the drain had been pushed down to the p-trap and wedged in so tight that the whole drain had to be cut out since the plumber, Beau, was going crazy trying to figure out what could be wedged in there since he could not break through the plug with his drain clearing tools. After he repaired the drain he commented that there was no other alternative to clear."

The initial appt. was set for 8:00 or 8:30, and they showed up at almost 9:00 with no call to let me know they would be late; they walked on my floors/new rug with their snowy, dirty boots; they used many curse words when they got frustrated with the challenges, and did not use drop cloths to prevent the excessive mess resulting from the drywall, etc (except over the stove with a drop cloth I had provided them). I understand that there would be a mess, but it would not have been so bad had they taken time to consider the home and the customer they were working in. I do appreciate Selena, the project manager, being professional and helpful throughout the process. Jesus, the person who came the second time to finish a small part of the job, was very professional; there was still a mess, but he cleaned it up fairly well."
