"The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again."

Gabe repaired 5 major areas on the portals surrounding my late mother's home so we could put it on the market with it looking perfect. He shared tile options since the area is 26 years old and the tiles couldn't be matched. Gabe designed a way to lay in new tiles so that it looks intentional. Gabe is an extremely hard worker, VERY skilled, has all the tools, and comes up with creative solutions. I plan to use him on three more tile projects at my home. "We had a prior meeting to review what was involved in preparation (moving furniture and other objects) for the cleaning of the tile and grout. On the 17 April 17 Eric showed up and started the grout cleaning and completed the job in about 4 hours. The grout had not been cleaned for 10 years and was nearly black. He did a great job, the grout lines were a light gray again and tile look like new. He sealed the grout lines and left the space clean. Eric was very careful working around the furniture we were not able to move. It was a real joy to hire someone who is so professional and pleasant. The whole experience was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Avalanche Cleaning to anyone."
