"Mine was not a typical moving job. It was moving a grandfather clock that has been in the family for years. They assured me that their people would pack it, ship it, unpack it and set it up on the other end. So, it came. Mostly intact. One of the chimes broke because it had not been packed correctly. The person who delivered it said he knew nothing about putting a grandfather clock back together. And, as an FYI, the clock arrived in essentially a U-Haul trailer towed behind somebody's personal vehicle and he drove partway into a ditch on the way out. Customer service was good and that's the only reason the rating is as high as it is."
