Our job was a small move, many boxes & large console tvs, no furniture. The original contact Janice was great to talk with & gave us a great price. The pick up went well, Sara kept me informed & answered all my calls & questions. The 2 folks that picked up the items were super nice & did a great job. The items were placed in company storage, and the actual move didn't happen until a week later, but all was delivered with no problems. Rebecca kept me informed on the day of the move, & arranged for me to talk to the mover/driver & to make final payments…..she was so pleasant to talk to & made the move much less stressful! The mover/driver Dedrick did a great job, taking it inside & placing it where we requested, making sure we were satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend these movers, they did a great job.

The initial quote was a good one. The initial deposit payment process I was skeptical about, because, they use a payment system called Plaid, which requires you to pay using your bank account number, after doing my research, I found that Plaid was legit, then WorldClass made it easier for me to pay my initial deposit. The WorldClass Moving storage guys came out to pick up my furniture as planned. Once they picked up, I was able to pay by Zelle. The moving coordinators Janice,Sarah and Don were all very polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they give more reminders of your appointed move date and an ETA on the before or day of your move. Otherwise, so far I have no complaints, looking to receive my furniture arrive at its destination in a couple of weeks. I'll do another review of the final move transport process.

I will not hire this company or recommend my family and friends to used this company. I originally talked to one of there sale representatives Patti and we agreed on a set price of $3075.46. And I remember asking Patti will this price change and she assured me it would not. Patti explained I will pay in three payments one for deposit, one for pick up and the last was when they dropped off the items. When they picked up my items and put it in the truck they raised the price to $5228.00 because my furniture was big. Had to talk to another sell representatives name David who was extremely rude and said ?next time buy furniture from ikea if wanted the old price of 3075.46?. Then when I got my furniture from the mover it was damaged I had furniture wood that chipped, scratched and dented. I had my mattress left on dirt and I had a beautiful fabric couch that the movers left in the mud with stains, ripped and damaged. This company had no respect for my items Angi needs to get rid of them.

This is not a company that operates in a legitimate manner. My first contact with one of their representatives included assurances that their company handles all aspects of an interstate move. Totally incorrect. World Class Moving and Storage (WCMS) contacts out the pick up, loading, delivery and unloading to independent contractors. They require payments at various stages of the process, as stated in the contract, yet in our case the payments went to three different organizations. They do not accept credit cards for any payments, contrary to the notation on the Angi site. If you do not pay exactly when required, they stop all their work even if you have already paid a majority of the contracted amount. If you dispute anything you end up speaking with some of the most arrogant and disrespectful people on earth. They want final payment even without providing a receipt for that payment. A final inventory was not provided and items were missing. Avoid using this company!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Words simply cannot express the horror my family and I have gone through with this moving company. I?m not sure if we will ever recover from this. This company operates under an alias called MDTransportation Group, which was likely exposed for its business practices (just look at the reviews). They use a new name, World-class Moving and Storage. These people are liars and scammers. We hired them at an estimated price, but once they had our belongings, new costs started appearing for various items that were never discussed or agreed upon. They provided us with 3 different contracts at different times, depending on what they wanted to change. David berated my husband and cursed at him, accusing him of not sending him money or the right amount. They blocked my husband?s number and would not provide us with any information about when our belongings would arrive, where they were being held, how they came up with new expenses, or anything else. "This Person is not the customer , She is a Wife of a Customer name (Consumer name removed ) that was Pick Up on the 31th and Delivered at their own Place in LA on the 11/09/2025. They are fraud customer ,first they gave us a check upon reserving and their check bounced back.On the day of the Move they tried to scam us by making us believe that this time that there check would't Bounce and to take it and we refuse and they then decided (Gabriel) to do a Wire after Bank Closed. He did the Wire after 6PM Friday the 31Th and on Monday the 3 th of November he called his bank and told them not to procceed with the Wire. He then tried to convince that the Wire was sent and after we told him that our Bank CITI Said that the Wire was rescinded . There Shipment was delivered yesterday and they tried to pull the same thing using fake Account to make fraudulent check. One of the Account they tried to pay was a closed account that was not related to the customer himself (Consumer name removed ) wish is her husband This Lady is not telling the truth ,Her items was delivered yesterday to their Unit 455 and we have all the pictures and videos of the shipment along Mrs ELLEN F Herself was there and she is the one that paid the $1,714.12 to David the Driver . IF THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEIR ITEMS WE ASK THEM TO CONTACT THE USDOT OR FMCSA AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND WE WILL TAKE IT TO COURT AND SEE WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH. SHE RECEIVE HER ITEMS 8 DAYS AFTER THE PICK UP FROM MS TO LA AND WE CAN PROVE BY PICTURE TEXT MESSAGE AND VIDEO BETWEEN HER AND HER HUSBAND AND US AND THE DELIVERY COMPANY . THEY ARE BOTH SCAM ARTIST THAT USE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT TO TRY TO PAY MOVING COMPANY . WE ASK HER POLITELY TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER IF SHE HAS'T RECEIVED HER ITEMS .IT'S NOT TRUTH AT ALL.THEY UPSET THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SCAM US WITH FAKE CHECK ."

Jeff informed me that he spoke with his manager, Corey, who stated that I would have to forfeit my deposit. He also mentioned that your company could still provide moving services; however, this is irrelevant, as I have already completed my move, missed past confirmed move dates, and informed me that I would be all mot paying double for services I did not agree upon. I was previously told that I would receive a refund, as your company could not abide by the estimate dates,times and more importantly the price I agreed to.. The continued conflicting information from World Class Moving & Storage has been very disturbing, unprofessional, and has placed a tremendous burden on my family as a single mother. If I do not receive my deposit back in full by the close of business on Monday, I will have no choice but to file formal complaints with the following agencies: 1. Department of Transportation 2. Better Business Bureau 3. Angie s List 4. FBI Again, I expect to hear back from you promptly so this matter can be resolved without further escalation. Please understand that this situation has already caused unnecessary stress and hardship. The professional and fair course of action is to return my deposit immediately.
