"Company was extremely responsive and professional in reviewing my situation and providing three different options for replacing my water softener.  Company representative took time to educate me about the differences between the options and giving me his recommendation.  The high end option was the Kinetico S650OD.  In my opinion, his advice was good, and I eventually had another provider  install a new S650OD for approximately $2,800. less than this company quoted.  Although I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company, the price difference was way too much. for me.  Because the company was so responsive and professional, I would give them another opportunity to do work for me in the future, but only in a situation where I could get multiple bids to assure I am getting a reasonable price."
