He and his partner were polite and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and solved it within minutes. He took the time to explain what was wrong, as well as how to troubleshoot potential future issues ( it's an old unit). He even honestly talked through another project I have been thinking about starting. All in all, efficient, prompt, professional, and affordable."
