Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Steve was on it and called me right away, after being misled by another company he came, looked and then took care of our problem rather than assuming what the problem may have been as the previous company did. He started with the basic diagnosis and cleared the line for us saving us time, money and hassle! I will be using them for another job he looked at and quoted before leaving our house, thanks Steve, Baker Plumbing & Heating Rocks!!!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Baker is courteous, good service, and professional. i have a problem with this house being so big and 50 gallon water heater is not big enough. He did offer me the tankless heater, but if i knew the results of replacing this old one with another 50 gallon was not beneficial, i wouldn't have done it. im stuck with it now. i should have educated myself before choosing the size and type of heater. 80 gallon would've been suffice. oh well, too late.

We wanted a recirculation pump to work with with our tankless, could not be accomplished, sad to say. Technicians explained reasons. I guess we will just keep wasting water.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Steve and Kyle were quick to come and make a bid. He explained everything, had to adjust many "old" fittings and did so without complaint. Finished the job and cleaned up. Would definitiely recommend and hire again.

After a long explanation about waterless vs tank we went with a regular water heater. The return on investment for us (we are seniors) made more sense to do this. Baker Plumbing explained everything in detail of both systems.

I wanted to connect my gas grill to my natural gas line. They gave me a firm price that was much lower than one other bid and slightly lower than the third. They were pleasant and polite and showed up on time. They actually asked if they could do the work early. It took longer than they told me they thought it would, but did not try to increase the price. It was a very good experience and I will have Baker back to service my heating unit and other gas appliances if necessary.
