Steve was on it and called me right away, after being misled by another company he came, looked and then took care of our problem rather than assuming what the problem may have been as the previous company did. He started with the basic diagnosis and cleared the line for us saving us time, money and hassle! Baker is courteous, good service, and professional. i have a problem with this house being so big and 50 gallon water heater is not big enough. He did offer me the tankless heater, but if i knew the results of replacing this old one with another 50 gallon was not beneficial, i wouldn't have done it. im stuck with it now. i should have educated myself before choosing the size and type of heater. 80 gallon would've been suffice. oh well, too late.

This plumbing contractor has fulfilled my highest expectation in every way. He came back with a coworker three times to carefully consider the best option for different units and location for installment. They were completely reliable professional, Considerate and neat as they went along. I am a senior woman and I felt safe with them throughout. We wanted a recirculation pump to work with with our tankless, could not be accomplished, sad to say. Technicians explained reasons. I guess we will just keep wasting water.

I wanted to connect my gas grill to my natural gas line. They gave me a firm price that was much lower than one other bid and slightly lower than the third. They were pleasant and polite and showed up on time. They actually asked if they could do the work early. It took longer than they told me they thought it would, but did not try to increase the price. It was a very good experience and I will have Baker back to service my heating unit and other gas appliances if necessary.
