"The company rep was knowledgeable and hard-working, he even worked with me to get around some technical issues before he started the install. I do wish there would have been a follow up and more education with the “how-to” of the test that I had to set up and send in to ensure that the unit is working properly. "Paid $200 for Asbestos testing. The guy was here for about 3 minutes. Left particles from the ceiling all over the place. Did not wear any kind of PPE besides a cloth mask. Did not take any precautions, you should take while handling possible asbestos which leads me to believe he did not think he was handling hazardous material and charged me just for fun. He even stated the materials look like they have the characteristics of asbestos. The test came back negative, FYI."

"During the demolition of my burned out residence they found a box of pictures and they rescued them for me and put them on a safe place.
