"I needed good quality blinds since Iâ m selling my home . Prices ranged in the thousands between companies . A big box membership store would refund me cash on a card to spend there but it seemed to be added onto the price they quoted me . So I would pay myself money that I spent with them so I could. Spend more money at thier store. . The owner joy was easy to work with . Knew the products off the top of her head . Her dad owned the company previously. Price was in range of where I wanted to be . She stayed in touch while we waited on blinds . Her installer was great . Professional and very good at his job . We had a glitch with a missing blind but they took care of it immediately . We agreed to work in $50k increments and that every phase of the work must be completed before asking for more money. Paul had trouble hiring and keeping subs and would complain to us what losers they were, as if was not responsible for hiring them. The quality of the work was atrocious, but before it was near finished, he demanded more money. We said no, you have to finish, and he took off.
