Clean Cut had a large crew to our house within a few days of hiring them. I expected the job to take a month but they knocked it out in just a week and a half. All of their guys were respectful and did a good job. I've since rehired them to do additional work for use as well.

Excellent. Clean Cut, Judd & Josh & their crew were prompt, courteous & affordable. They were conscientious in following my instructions to install new lines, branches, feed lines & emitters while not disrupting the landscape too much. They did as I asked, lines were placed along the periphery front & back, minimal disruption to existing landscaping & then proceeded to add the requested stone on the side & back, followed by restoring the front, side & back to their original condition. Clean Cut completed the job in 1.5 days. The cost was quite reasonable. They provided my with a full 1year warranty on materials & workmanship. I am very pleased the job they did upon completion. I have have used Clean Cut before for extensive landscape improvement, seasonal trimming of plants & shrubs, & prior drip system repair as needed. I rate them as a 5 Star Service for all your landscaping needs. Judd & Josh always check to make sure that the job is completed to your satisfaction.

I called Clean Cut in the morning to see when they could fix a sprinkler system problem, and I had a choice of times for that afternoon. They actually called and came early for the appointment, which was perfect. They quickly fixed the original problem, noted a couple of other items and fixed those, and still were done in about an hour. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly, and the final bill was within the original range I expected. This is the second time Clean Cut has worked on my sprinkler system -- same great work as before. No need to call anyone else.

Judd did a good job and a huge crew was on-site within days of hiring them. They did major dirtwork, installed an irrigation system, pavers, edging, rock, and roughly an acre of sod. We were pleased with the results.

I have hired Clean Cut Lawn Service for 3 separate jobs, and each time I was very please with the quality of their work. For the first job, I hired them to replace and repair some irrigation lines at a rental property. I had never used them before, so I wanted to try them out on a small job to see how they did. The job took just over an hour and the quality of work was excellent. Since their normal charge for 2 guys is $95 per hour, I was charged me for 1 hour ($95) + materials ($20). I also asked them to leave me a few extra irrigation supplies, and where I could purchase them if I needed more. They answered all my questions with a helpful and willing attitude, and left me with extra supplies so that I could repair and maintain the irrigations lines myself. As far as I was concerned, they passed this first test with flying colors. For the second job, I hired them to haul away about 5 tons of old crusher fines. At the rate of $95/hour for 2 guys, they worked hard and fast to shovel the material into wheel barrels, transport it from the backyard to the frontyard, and load it onto their trailer. After they returned from the dump, I was charged about $425. The third job was more complicated and involved removing landscaping rock, digging a trench around a bunch of bamboo, installing a 50mil thick polyethylene root barrier, repairing/replacing irrigation lines, and then replacing the landscaping rock. This project took a couple of days and I was charged about $1200. Overall this is an excellent company to work with. Their staff is very professional, their work is excellent, and they always clean up the area after each job is complete. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Judd was incredibly professional and punctual. All work was done is two days and his team was super helpful. My new lawn looks amazing and was well worth the money spent. Jud and his crew of 5 did a great job solving my "drainage problem". With a great rating from Home advisor and Angies List and the local drain field parts distributor I had them install a "rain drain field" to stop the water from coming into my home and large puddles of water next to the house.. The job was done in 1 day and they left my yard looking great!!! I did not get comparative bids as I was concerned with the weather and more water problems. Had 2.0" Down Pour No Puddles, No Water in Home, Drainage Ditch filled with rain water Great Job!!!

After being stood up by more than one Las Cruces landscaper, I called Jud Soulsby. I was glad I called him. He was on time, professional and clear in his proposed plan. The job proceeded exactly as he described and was finished in two days. The amount of work, how and when it would take place, and the price, was clear from the beginning. No surprises. The crew was professional and they left the property clean and neat. Price was about average for landscape work in Las Cruces, but their professionalism was off the chart after what I had previously experienced. I would hire them again.

Excellent! Jud clearly explained cost structure for services and assigned Josh to our repair. Josh called within 30 minutes and set appointment. Josh arrived at scheduled time, explained repair needed and system process. He made the repair and gave advice on how to run irrigation system more efficiently and part(s) to have on hand. I called Clean Cut on a Thursday to repair a sprinkler leak. On Sunday a worker showed up in his own vehicle and repaired the leak in 10-15 minutes. He presented me a bill for $105.00 and after we questioned the charge, he reduced it to $95.00. I understand minimum charges for service calls, but this seemed exorbitantly high. It comes out to about $380.00/hr.! I sent Clean Cut an email on their website 2-3 weeks ago in an attempt to discuss this matter, but haven't received a response. Very disappointed and would hesitate to use this company again or recommend it.

"it was a pleasure working for you too. We got a call from [Member Name Removed] who had a broken sprinkler system. I clearly explained to him as I do everyone that we charge 95 dollars an hour plus parts with a one hour minimum. on a side note there is sales tax on every sale in new mexico that is over 8 percent. if he was given this perfect fast service by one of our well trained employees in the middle of our busy season for a sprinkler repair at our minimum charge? then as he staited he complained about the price and we either removed some parts or labor or tax from the bill to make him happy. no luck though [Member Name Removed] did not call me about his upsetting perfect sprinkler repair for our minimum charge. no [Member Name Removed] got on his computer logged on to anfies list and vented on us. I would gladly have given his money back and undone our sprinkler repair so he could have continued to waste water and have a big puddle on his property if he would have asked. he did however get a discount because we were too effective and quick at fixing his sprinklers. I am aware of the phenomenon that peiple somehow feel ripped off if you finish the job to quickly but I refuse to tell my men to slow down or act stupid in order to drum up a bigger charge. my phone number is 5756474443 [Member Name Removed] if you ever want your money back or a lesson on how the job does not start the minuite we magically fell out of the sky in your front yard. we do not charge time for the free phone conversation or the free conversation we had to have with someone on our team to know what parts to bring to your house. we cant even get paid to write this rebuttal to your wonderful f review or the free gas and wear and tear paid to any employee who drives to your house or the free labor that happens while they are driving to your house. I guess what im trying to say is it costs more than the fifteen minutes you witnessed to fix your sprinkler. thank goodness it did not take any longer because you would have had to write a review for is charging more than the 95 dollar minimum charge with mo tax or parts. then you would not have not gone so easy on me and given me maybe an f minis? for doing exactly what any same person woild want. too fast of a service for our minum.charge. yes you are right [Member Name Removed] we are monsters lol"

Oleanders was not trimmed. Alec afterwards said he did not have the right equipment. Leaves were left in one corner of the backyard. It seems from the other reviews that big landscaping jobs get their attention but general yard cleaning not so much.

Fantastic. Work is virtually completed - small minor bits to finish. Jud not only gave us a visit and bid within about 2 hours of our call. He brought along the Designer/contractor that he uses for "rock design work". His name is Will Carillo. Both of these gentlemen are professional, honest, reliable and both go "beyond the call of duty". Our wall is just as we needed. Some suggestions were made that even added to the esthetic quality of the finished project which is great. Beyond that, I was impressed with their mutual care and concern for the work we needed. Jud gave me a "follow up call". Wil made some recommendations for some other "fixes" that we need and we will be contracting with him for some interior remodeling work as well. I give these gentlemen and their companies - 5 stars!

We called yesterday and Judd came out the same day to check things out. Today they were here and did all the repairs and added a new valve. Showed me everything they were doing. They spent extra time resetting our timer and added better drippers to our existing system. Overall this was a great experience and I would certainly use them again. Thanks again.

Jud and his crew are the best example of professionalism in the landscaping business. From the initial phone call for the free estimate to the end of the work, we felt like we were the most important customers ever to the company. Never once did we ever feel like our desires or needs were not met during the whole process. Jud was attentive to what we wanted, even made some great suggestions we had never considered, and was able to complete the entire job of grading, sprinkler system, updating existing drip system, trimming existing plants, and installing sod in two days. This enabled us to enjoy our new backyard during the long holiday weekend. Everything was completed as stated by Jud and we are completely satisfied with this company. That said they have gained our business for future landscaping and maintenance duties. Thank you Clean Cut for making our backyard meet our dreams.

I called to get a "Free estimate" for yard cleanup and tree removal. Ater a 10 minute conversation of what I needed done, they did not want to come see my property saying it would done on an hourly basis. Fine. They were supposed to come on Wednesday...no show. By Thursday at 11A I called to see what was going on. I was given the number of the mainteneance crew. 20 minutes later I get a call to see if I have spoken to them yet and I had not. I was questioned again about what needed to be done. They had no idea who I was and that we had already had 2 conversations about what I needed done.
I cancelled at that point. I was not comfortable dealing with a company that couldn't even take a name and notes on a project.

I previously had a bad experience with a person who promised to do the work and disappeared for two months after doing cactus removal. I had paid him $1,200 cash expecting results, and after a 4-month ordeal I fired him and called this provider on Tuesday.
On Wednesday Judd showed up at the time we had agreed upon to look over the project and said he would be back at 8 a.m. on Thursday. At 8 a.m. sharp he was ringing the doorbell and had eight people ready to begin work. They worked all day with a lunch break and left after 4 p.m. sometime, having done all the preparation work for the sod installation on Friday. On Friday at 7:45 a.m. the doorbell rang and the sprinkler supervisor said to call him when the sod was delivered, which I did. They worked until after 3 p.m. and actually took the leftover sod to my neighbor who requested the leftovers. They installed it for her before they left for the day after bringing back the remainder for me to put in the back yard. No request was refused, and they were all cheerful. It seemed like they liked each other and also their employer.

Jud and his landscaping crews did a wonderful job. 8 or 9 workers worked 4 days. They showed up little bit after 8am and left after 5pm everyday. Jud came out everyday to make sure that the work got done right and met my requirement.
All the workers are very nice and professional. They worked hard and got the job done perfectly.
Jud has been very responsive no matter through phone calls or text messages with positive attitude. I feel that he really care about and take pride in his work, which is hard to find. I definitely will use them again.
