"He flushed the water heater tank - I think - but left me confused.  He showed me the initial sediment that came out, but said there is so much build up in the tank that the water could drain but the sediment was stuck?!??  And that was it - my hot water tank needs replacing.
He may be right, but he came to that conclusion very quickly and I just question if that is my only option.

"Our 12 year old water heater went out on a Saturday night. We called TLC because they answer 24/7. They scheduled Victor on Sunday morning at 10:00. He diagnosed either the thermocouple or gas starter. Considering the age of the water heater and a previous service call we opted to replace it. Victor showed up the next day at 8:00am with a courtesy call 45 minutes prior and the new water heater installed by 11:00. He was professional, efficient and gave us the straight up. We paid $1770 and have plenty hot water. Thank you Victor and TLC for such great service!"
