"Very well, although a couple followup visits were needed to correct incorrect settings on the furnace's natural gas regulator. A new version of that regulator was on the new furnace and Reliable Tech had not seen/noticed the new version. The subsequent visits fixed that issue."

"I was pleased with the friendly and prompt service, both over the phone and by the technician.  He inspected the furnace functions, replaced the filter, checked for carbon monoxide.  It's about 28 years old, but we previously replaced the gas valve.  I asked him to look at an area around the flue where some swamp cooler water had dripped, because it had become a little rusty.  He said it doesn't appear to be a cause for concern at present.  He installed a disposable filter in place of the permanent filter, but left the permanent filter with me.  The disposable filter seems to be working fine.

"Our 12 year old water heater went out on a Saturday night. We called TLC because they answer 24/7. They scheduled Victor on Sunday morning at 10:00. He diagnosed either the thermocouple or gas starter. Considering the age of the water heater and a previous service call we opted to replace it.
