We encountered some third party supplier issues (not Patrick's team's fault at all) which caused the project to take a couple extra days, but Patrick stuck to his original quote and ate the substantial extra labor costs. He is honest and trustworthy, and a man of integrity--invaluable in this business!"

"Was in need of plumbing work and repair that was part of a water heater failure that also caused damage. Called and asked if they service our area, they said they did, and I asked to have an estimate. After several calls, we succesfully arranged for the plumber to visit, and Jorge & Brad arrived as scheduled. Both Jorge & Brad seemed knowledgeable and responsive. They said there would be no charge for the estimate and they would prepare it for me to receive by the following week via email. More than a week later, no estimate had I seen. Had to make multiple phone calls to find out where the estimate was. After more than a week of phone calls & promises of return calls that they never fulfilled, the person answering the phone (Karesse) said that Jorge had sent the estimate to a "VP for approval." To my surprise, I got a phone call the next day, but it was just Karesse again to say that they were looking into the matter and were going to get to the bottom of where that estimate could be. This sounded good, but resulted in nothing at all working with Roadrunner. After another week had gone by, more phone calls resulted in being told the same thing again and again, with no one stepping up to be responsible nor actually get the estimate to me. I requested to speak to a manager and was told no one was available to speak with me. I asked for a manager to call me and put a condition on it, "if they actually care" to fulfill on having our business and doing what they said they would do. Already a month went by without the estimate, and the last time I spoke with Roadrunner, all I got was one last phone call from Karesse saying that this was important for them to resolve so they would call the next day. I never heard from Roadrunner that next day nor ever again and never received an estimate. It is clear they do not value customers and do not know what integrity is nor what it is to fulfill on the basics of being reliable service providers in our world. Not recommended as reliability to deliver on services and customer care are not what they are up to."

The install on the new heat pump went flawlessly. Chris was on site and made sure I was completely satisfied. "8/10/2025 . Upon submitting my information for a Carrier HVAC problem, Next-Gen Mechanical respond first. I told Austin that I would check into three other companies quotes. I initially had a good feeling about Austin. After some research and consideration, I selected Next-Gen Mechanical and called to set up an appointment for the next day at 10 am. The evening before the appointment he called to tell me how to prepare my HVAC for proper diagnosis. The day of the appointment he calls to let me know he was on his way, arriving at about nine thirty. Austin promptly started to diagnose my HVAC problem. His work is through and concise, and has a wide array of tools, at his disposal. He took the time to explain what was being done and made recommendations as needed. He welcomes the customer's presence and inquiry. After completing his diagnostic steps, the one recommendation on the outside unit was addressed. I would highly recommend Next-Gen Mechanical! My AC system is working fine!"

"Pepe and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sewer line in South Santa Fe! Their price was very competitive and their workmanship was top notch. They got the necessary permits and started work the same day. The team worked very hard cutting out an 80’ section of driveway, digging by hand to the old sewer line, replacing it with new cleanouts and back flow valve, backfilling and packing the dirt and pouring new concrete. What a huge effort and a fabulous job done by NE Plumbing & Heating! I highly recommend them! "
