"Patrick and his team, John and Isaac, were amazing. Patrick gave us a reasonable quote and all the work got done in a reasonable timeframe. Patrick remained in close contact throughout the project. We encountered some third party supplier issues (not Patrick's team's fault at all) which caused the project to take a couple extra days, but Patrick stuck to his original quote and ate the substantial extra labor costs. He is honest and trustworthy, and a man of integrity--invaluable in this business!"

"Was in need of plumbing work and repair that was part of a water heater failure that also caused damage. Called and asked if they service our area, they said they did, and I asked to have an estimate. After several calls, we succesfully arranged for the plumber to visit, and Jorge & Brad arrived as scheduled. Both Jorge & Brad seemed knowledgeable and responsive. They said there would be no charge for the estimate and they would prepare it for me to receive by the following week via email. More than a week later, no estimate had I seen. Had to make multiple phone calls to find out where the estimate was. After more than a week of phone calls & promises of return calls that they never fulfilled, the person answering the phone (Karesse) said that Jorge had sent the estimate to a "VP for approval." To my surprise, I got a phone call the next day, but it was just Karesse again to say that they were looking into the matter and were going to get to the bottom of where that estimate could be. This sounded good, but resulted in nothing at all working with Roadrunner. After another week had gone by, more phone calls resulted in being told the same thing again and again, with no one stepping up to be responsible nor actually get the estimate to me. I requested to speak to a manager and was told no one was available to speak with me. I asked for a manager to call me and put a condition on it, "if they actually care" to fulfill on having our business and doing what they said they would do. Already a month went by without the estimate, and the last time I spoke with Roadrunner, all I got was one last phone call from Karesse saying that this was important for them to resolve so they would call the next day. I never heard from Roadrunner that next day nor ever again and never received an estimate. It is clear they do not value customers and do not know what integrity is nor what it is to fulfill on the basics of being reliable service providers in our world. Not recommended as reliability to deliver on services and customer care are not what they are up to."

"Tru Air provided a reasonable quote and Chris did a very knowledgeable presentation. The job was completed on the assigned day and I was kept informed right up until install. The install on the new heat pump went flawlessly. Chris was on site and made sure I was completely satisfied. "Pepe and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sewer line in South Santa Fe! Their price was very competitive and their workmanship was top notch. They got the necessary permits and started work the same day. The team worked very hard cutting out an 80’ section of driveway, digging by hand to the old sewer line, replacing it with new cleanouts and back flow valve, backfilling and packing the dirt and pouring new concrete. What a huge effort and a fabulous job done by NE Plumbing & Heating! I highly recommend them! "
