"Today All my Sons helped my husband and I move. The experience was very positive Hector Melendez and his crew of Jacob and Larimee were very competent, they listened carefully to my requests regarding both moving and storing my furniture. They even moved my furniture in less time than expected without compromising quality. I also felt that the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and crew. Also I appreciated that halfway through my move the moving coordinator Allen called to check on the move with me. Everything was going smoothly but it made me feel comfortable knowing that the concern was there. Excellent job!"

"The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."

Moving questions, answered by experts

It is generally worth moving a shed if the structure is in good condition, you have space for it at the new location, and the cost to move it is less than the cost of buying or building a new one. You should weigh the pros and cons, particularly for long-distance moves where transportation can be expensive. If your shed is in disrepair or the relocation cost is too high, it likely isn't worth moving, and installing a new shed at your new property may be a better choice.

Movers know the best way to pack different items to protect them during a move and make the most of the space in a moving truck. You can pack your belongings to save money, but there’s a higher risk of damage.

The simplest way to move a shipping container yourself is with a tilt-bed truck. However, you’ll still need to figure out how to get the container on and off the truck.

The maximum size of a tiny home you can move depends on your state transportation guidelines, but the rule of thumb is a maximum of 400 square feet. However, as long as it falls within the local limits for traveling on public roadways, you should be good to hit the road.

You can move a pool table without taking it apart only if you’re moving it a short distance, like from one room to another, and with the help of several people or a professional moving company. But if you’re moving the pool table from one home to another, experts strongly advise you not to move it without taking it apart. If you leave it in one piece, you could risk not only your own personal safety, but also risk damage to the pool table itself. The bumpers could need to be realigned and the slate may have to be re-leveled if you try to move a pool table without taking it apart. In this case, the risk usually doesn’t outweigh the reward.
