When I do a job, I do it right the first time, I always get customer feedback so that I can do a job to the customer's ful satisfaction. When I'm doing a job, I'm there working and I hire the amount of people required for the job. On my contracts I include all my information, by when I will complete the job, payments, warranty, description of the job, etc. I usually require a down payment when contract is signed and if the project is large, I require additional payments in between and it is all written on contract. I have never cheated no one of their money and have always completed a job in accordance with the contract, unless there is additional work that is not in the contract. I don't take credit card yet but I plan to start taking credit cards within the next few weeks.

"I have been very happy with his work . He takes a lot of pride in his work and he's kind of perfectionist"

Plaster Repair questions, answered by experts

It may take a bit of patience and trial and error to match your particular drywall texture type when making repairs. For orange peel or knockdown finishes, use a spray texture product or a thinned joint compound applied with a roller or sponge. Practice on scrap drywall or cardboard first. Once dry, lightly sand and prime before painting.

How long it takes to repair a ceiling depends on the extent of the damage. Patching a small hole might only take a few minutes, while repairing a water-damaged section of the ceiling could take hours. If there are structural issues, expect your ceiling repair to take several days or longer.

Plastering lasts for around 15 to 20 years without needing repairs or maintenance in most cases, and with proper upkeep, plastering can last a lifetime—sometimes more than 100 years. Plaster repair costs between $1 and $3 per square foot, and you may need these services once every 15 to 20 years or so unless you have a harsh climate where humidity changes are a constant issue. You can also opt to skim-coat plaster for between $0.90 and $1.30 per square foot, which may serve you better in the long run.

Regular dusting, avoiding moisture exposure, and sealing cracks early help maintain longevity.

Although their applications are very similar, no drywall compound and spackle are not the same thing. Spackle is a bit thicker and is used to patch holes as it dries quickly and is easy to sand. Joint compound shrinks a bit more and can be more temperamental to spread. However, one benefit is that you can use joint compound as spackle (for small jobs), but you can’t use spackle as joint compound.
